How to make bell pepper omelette recipe
Ingredients
1 red bell pepper, cut into rings
2 tbsp shredded Emmental cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp chopped shallot
3 eggs
3 tbsp cooking oil
A little salt
A little ground pepper
A little garlic powder
A little seasoning powder (Optional)
Steps
1.In a bowl, crack in eggs.
2.Season with a little salt, ground pepper, garlic powder and seasoning powder.
3.Beat all ingredients until combined.
4.Stir in the shallot and parsley.
5.In a flying pan on low heat, pour in 3 tbsp cooking oil.
6.Place in the pepper rings.
7.Spoon the eggs mixture into the pepper rings.
8.Cover the pan for about 3 minutes.
9.Open the pan and turn the bell pepper rings over.
10.Place the cheese on top of each bell pepper ring.
11.Cover the pan again for about 3 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
12.Transfer the bell pepper omelette into a plate and serve immediately. Enjoy.
