INGREDIENTS:

1.25kg chicken
½ tsp salt
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
¼ tsp black pepper powder
½ lemon's juice
100 gm Yogurt
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp kachri powder
2 Pinch turmeric
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
½ tsp food colour
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp chat masala
½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp dry roasted Fenugreek leaves
2 tbsp oil
½ lemon's juice
3 tbsp gram flour
Some burning coal
Some butter
Oil for frying
