ROTI SANGKAYA ALA THAI | Thai Pandan Custard
Kali ni saya nak share resepi roti sangkaya yang famous di boat noodle tu.
Dan untuk dapatkan sangkaya yang manis berlemak, saya guna SANTAN SAJI. Memang terbaik hasilnya! @Saji Malaysia Official @iCookAsia

Resepi :

- 6 helai daun pandan
- 200ml (3/4 cawan) air
- 3 biji kuning telur
- 5 sudu makan gula pasir
- 2 sudu makan tepung kustard
- 200ml (3/4 cawan) santan saji/santan kotak
- secubit garam
- roti kukus
- 2 sudu makan susu cair (optional)

- 6 pieces of pandan leaves (cut into small strips)
- 200ml (3/4 cup) water
- 3 egg yolksr
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp custard flour
- 200ml (3/4 cup) SAJI coconut milk
- a pinch of salt
- steamed bread
- 2 tbsp evaporated milk (optional)
