200 g Unpopped Corn
100 g Butter
120 g Bacon (Cubes)
150 ml Sriracha Hot sauce
Olive Oil



Put the corn into a bowl, add the Bacon cubes and drizzle with a little bit of olive oil. Mix well and put into a fine mash basket (I used the one from Weber). Preheat your Grill for indirect heat (around 200°C / 392°F) place the basket on the rotisserie and „grill“ the corn until it pops - this will take around 10-15 min.

Put the butter and the hot sauce into a pot and melt slowly. As soon as the popcorn is ready put it into a bowl, pour over the sauce and toss.
