Preparation & Ingredients for grilled Nachos

300 g ground Beef
1 tsp. Paprika Powder
1 tsp. Onion Powder / Garlic Powder / Paprika Powder
1 Canned Tomatoes
1 small Can Sweet Corn
1 small Can Kidney Beans
Olive Oil
2 Packages Chio Tortilla Chips
200 g grated Cheese
1 small Onion
1 Bell Pepper
Sour Creme
BBQ Sauce

Preheat your Grill and preheat a pan. Put some olive oil into the pan and add the ground beef. Season with the spices, salt to taste and brown the ME.AT for 10-15 min. Add the beans, sweet corn and the tomatoes and simmer for 15 min.

Place the Tortilla Chips into a baking dish, apply the sauce and add 3/4 of the grated cheese. Finely dice the bell pepper and the onion and add as well. Top up with the remaining cheese and place the baking dish on indirect heat, close the lid of your grill and bake respectively grill the nachos for approx. 35 min.

To finalize the nachos, add some freshly chopped parsley, sour creme and BBQ Sauce and enjoy!
