My niece brought some famous fried rice from Panda Exprxx. And ask me to make a copycat recipe, that is tasty too. So, here is my simple recipe with minimum amount of ingredients. But still tasty and economical to make. Just basic plain fried rice, no meat or seafood added. ( no wonder they name this as fried rice, period. ) Enjoy.
