Preparation & Ingredients for Oreo Cheesecake

26 Oreo cookies
1 cup Sour Cream
1 Vanilla Pod
4 Eggs
80 g Butter
680 g Cream Cheese
150 g Sugar

Preheat your Grill to 180°C / 256°F indirect heat. Finely crush the Oreos, melt the butter, pour in and mix well. Place the crushed, butter mixed cookies into a spring form, (you really should use parchment paper underneath - I didn´t bad idea) press down firmly and blind bake for 10 minutes.

Put all the remaining ingredients into a bowl (of course from the vanilla only the the seeds), stir well and pour in the filling.

Bake the cake for approximately 55-60 min. After baking leave to completely cool down (best putting it into a fridge for 2 h) and enjoy!
