Mini Sugar Cookies :

110 g (1 stick) Very Soft Butter
120 g ( 4.5 ounces) Sweetened Condensed Milk ( room temperature )
170 g ( 1 cup + 2 tbsp) All Purpose Flour + pinch of salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract ( Optional but recommened )
