i made Japanese traditional candy Wagashi,kohakuto;)
this time,i made fig flavored kohakuto.they are like rose quartz or rock salt,aren't they?
they are fig flavor,sweet-sour,and taste is so nice.if you like fig,please try it;)

ingredients (4.3in×5.5in yokan mold)

fig jam
330g figs
90g granulated sugar
1 lemon(about 50ml)

fig kohakuto
thread agar(you can use powder agar)
360g granulated sugar
240ml water
20g starch syrup
20g fig jam(mic with 2tbsps water and natural food color)
