Ingredients
1 Bottle Gourd (lauki)
1/4 cup - gram flour (besan)
1 cup - sooji (semolina)
1 tsp Ginger Chilly paste
Few curry leaves
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp lemon juice
1/3 tsp baking soda
Salt as per taste
1/2 cup Coriander leaves
1 tsp Mustard Seed (rai)
1 tsp sesame seed (til)
1/3 tsp carom seeds (Ajwain)
1/4 Cup Curd (dahi)
2 tbsp Oil
