Ingrediens for 6 BBQ Bacon Cupcakes:

500 g Ground Beef
125 g Grated Cheese
4 tbsp BBQ Sauce
125 g Bacon
BBQ Rub to taste
1 Egg
Fresh Chili to taste
Mashed Potatoes
Crispy Bacon (optional) for the topping



Put the ground beef into a bowl and season to taste with BBQ Rub. Add the cheese, bacon cubes, bbq sauce and a whole egg. Finely dice a fresh chili, add as much as you like to the and mix everything well.

Form 6 (big) meatballs and place them in a muffin pan. Preheat you grill for 160°C / 320°F and place the muffin pan on indirect heat. Cook for approximately 35 minutes until the meat cupcakes are done.

Remove them from from the pan, pat dry and apply the mashed potatoes „icing“. Top with some crispy bacon and enjoy.
