दही तड़का
सामग्री
400 ग्राम दही
1 छोटा चम्मच जीरा (ज़ीरा)
1/4 छोटा चम्मच Asfoetida (heeng)
6-7 लहसुन के टुकड़े (लेहसुन)
1 प्याज
1 टमाटर
3 हरी मिर्च
1/4 छोटा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर (हल्दी)
कुछ करी पत्तियां
1 चम्मच कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1/3 टी स्पून गरम मसाला
स्वादानुसार नमक
1/2 कप धनिया पत्ती
1 & 1/2 tbsp तेल

Dahi Tadka
Ingredients
400 gram Curd
1 tsp cumin seeds (zeera)
1/4 tsp Asfoetida (heeng)
6-7 Garlic Pieces (lehsun)
1 Onion
1 Tomato
3 green chilli
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
Few curry leaves
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1/3 tsp garam masala
Salt as per taste
1/2 cup Coriander leaves
1&1/2 tbsp Oil
