Visiting Sam's Sailor Inn, a chain restaurant I have previously visited, 3 years ago it was Sam's Okinawa, about 5 minutes down the road. I suppose they have 20 or 30 chefs, surprisingly in some case of vertical synchronicity the same Teppanyaki chef arrives to the table.
