Ingrediens

Bavette or any Steak you like
Olive Oil
1 Onion
300 ml Beef Stock
300 ml Cream
2 tbsp green pepper
Salt
2 cl Brandy

Preparation for a grilled Pepper Steak

Preheat your Grill and preheat a pan. Finely dice the onion, put some olive oil into the pan and add the onions. Sauté the onions, deglaze with Brandy and add the beef stock. Simmer for 10 min, pour on the creme, add the pepper corns and reduce to desired consistency.

In the meantime rub the me.at with olive oil and season with salt. Grill over direct heat for 2-3 min per side until an internal core temperature of 53°C / 127°F is reached.

Leave to rest for 10 min, cut into slices against the grain and top with the sauce and enjoy.
