The chicken is coated in a delicious teriyaki sauce that gives this chicken recipe so much flavor and deliciousness. You can also use chicken thighs for this recipe.
Here are the ingredients:
- 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Honey
- 1 Cup Orange Juice
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 Tbsp White Rice Vinegar
- 3 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Ginger
- 1 Tbsp
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Sesame Seeds
- Spring Onion
- In a large bowl add soy sauce, honey, orange juice, sesame oil, white rice vinegar, garlic and ginger. Mix everything together and marinade in the fridge for about 2 hours .
- Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Take another large non-stick pan and roast sesame seeds for about 1 minute and place them aside.
- Add butter and pour the remaining marinade sauce, bringing it to boil and stirring occasionally until slightly thickened.
- Add chicken back to the pan and combine with the marinade. Garnish with fresh spring onion and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
