Preparation & Ingredients for a grilled cheesy pork Steak

Prepare your pork steak for the grill (remove the rind and score the fat). Season with salt from all sides and preheat your grill. Grill for 90 seconds over direct heat from each side and turn the steak for 90 ° after 45 seconds for a nice branding.

Then place the on indirect heat, brush the surface with mustard and add the grated cheese, some sliced chilis and bacon cubes.

Close the lid and cook the steak to your desired doneness and until the cheese is melted. Leave to rest for 5 min, top with some fresh parsley and enjoy.
