How to make Mushroom Shrimp Stir-Fry. This Easy Shrimp And Mushroom Stir-Fry recipe is a quick and simple way of making the most delicious healthy dinner recipe you've ever tasted which will be ready on the dinner table in only 15 minutes. It's the most easy, healthy shrimp stir-fry that everyone must try!

Here are the ingredients:
- 500-600g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 250g mushrooms, sliced
- 125g asparagus, sliced
- 50g red pepper
- 50g yellow pepper
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, divided


Instructions:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large, non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour in the shrimp and season with 1/4 teaspoon of the salt.
- Fry the shrimp for 1 minute on each side.
- Remove the shrimp from the pan and pour in the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil.
- Toss in the mushrooms, asparagus, peppers, and remaining 1/4 teaspoon of salt and sauté for a few minutes until they begin to soften.
- Add the ginger and soy sauce and sauté until the ginger is fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Toss the shrimp back into the pan and mix until everything is well incorporated and the shrimp is fully cooked about 1 minute.
