How to make Cheesy Chicken Balls. This is a quick and simple way of making the most delicious meal you've ever tasted.

Here are the ingredients:
- 3tbsp olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 egg yolks
- 30g plain flour
- 175 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 30g yellow pepper
- 30g red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 100 grams breadcrumbs

Instructions:
- Spread the olive oil on the tray and put the 2 chicken breasts on top, then place them in the oven for 30 minutes at 200°C.
- Shred the cooked chicken breasts in a bowl using 2 forks.
- Pour in the egg yolks, flour, cheese, spring onions, yellow pepper, red pepper, paprika, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix together and then roll the mixture into balls using your hands.
- Coat the balls in breadcrumbs.
- Heat up a litre of oil in a frying pan and deep fry the balls for about 3 minutes.
