Making Autumn Candy Momiji with Needle Japanese Traditional Candy Wagashi Nerikiri
i made Wagashi Nerikiri Momoji(Japanese Maple) with needle chopsticks called "harikiri" or "hanakiribari";)
this candy has roasted green tea flavor,and taste is nice!
now,it's good to see red autumn leaves viewing in Japan.i think autumn is the most beautiful season in japan,and i love autumn so much.what is your favorite season?

10g orange nerikiri dough
1-2g red nerikiri dough
