Ingrediens for 2 Cream Cheese Chorizo Burger:
2 Burger Buns
2 Beef Patties
2 Slices of Cheese
Cream Cheese
Chorizo
Lettuce
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Preparation:
Grill the burgers over direct heat for approx. 2-3 min (according to the size of your patty) and flip. Add the cheese and chorizo, close the lid and cook for another 3 min.
In the meantime smear some cream cheese onto a toasted bun and add some lettuce. Place the patty on top and enjoy!
