SEAFOOD BOIL With Spicy Garlic Butter Sauce
I’m excited to share with you my delicious seafood platter with garlic butter sauce. It’s made with variety of seafood, corn, potatoes, and savory yummy sauce. Feel free to use any kind of seafood combinations you like. Just remember to adjust the cooking time accordingly. Be creative make it what you and your family love. You can add different vegetables instead of just corn and potatoes.
Get all the ingredients ready before you start so it will go much quicker. I can get this recipe done in less than 40 minutes including prepping time. I make the sauce while the potatoes and corn is boiling.

Recipe serves 4

Ingredients
1 Lb jumbo shrimp 453 g-shells on
1 Lb green mussels 453 g
2 Large clusters crab legs-cut in half
2 Lobster tails-cut in half after cooked
2 Ears corn-fresh or frozen, cut into thirds
12 Baby potatoes

For boiling water:
4 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
3 Bay leaves
1 Sliced lemon
Fill a large stock pot with water leave enough room to add seafood.

For the spicy garlic butter sauce:
1/4 Cup olive oil
1 1/2 Cups low sodium chicken broth or water
2 Sticks unsalted butter
3 Tbsp garlic-chopped
1 small onion-chopped
3 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
3 Tbsp paprika
1 1/2 Tbsp lemon pepper
1-2 Tbsp chicken bouillon-optional
1 Tbsp cayenne pepper or to taste
Hot sauce and pepper flakes to taste
