INGREDIENTS:

3-4 tbsp oil
1 small sliced onion
½ tsp cumin
2 cloves
2 cardamoms
5-7 black peppercorns
1 sliced tomato
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
½ tsp coriander powder
100 gm Peas
100 gm cauliflower
100 gm Potatoes
100 gm Carrots
300 gm basmati rice
600 ml water
2 tsp salt
