RESEPI KOREAN EGG BREAD | MUFFIN TELUR ALA KOREA
Resepi :

Adunan :

- 1 biji telur
- 1 sudu makan mentega (dicairkan)
- 1/2 cawan (125ml) susu low fat/full cream/cair
- 2 1/2 sudu makan gula
- secubit garam
- 1/2 sudu teh esen vanilla
- 1/2 cawan (70g) tepung gandum
- 1 sudu teh baking powder

Bahan lain :

- 3 biji telur
- keju mozarella

*Resepi ini cukup untuk 3 x acuan (saiz : 8 x 5 x 3.5 cm)
* Masa membakar bergantung kepada tahap masak telur (separuh masak atau masak sepenuhnya)

- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup (125ml) low fat/full cream/evaporated milk
- 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup (70g) wheat/all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder

other fillings :

- 3 eggs
- mozarella cheese

*This recipe yield 3 egg breads (size : 8 x 5 x 3.5 cm)
* Baking time depends on egg doneness ( half boiled until fully done)
