Ingrediens for 6 Sloppy Joe Slider

1 pack of ready to bake rolls
Water & Sesame seeds
500 g Ground Beef
1 Large Onion
1 Garlic Clove
2 Green Chili Peppers
1 Tablespoon of Tomato Paste
2 Cups of Tomato Puree
1 Cup of Ketchup
Cheddar Cheese
Salt to taste
1 Dash of Maple Syrup
Ready to bake rolls
Olive Oil



Preheat a cast iron pan over medium high heat, add the ground beef and fry until slightly browned. Then add the chopped onion and the green chili peppers and fry for 2 more minutes. Deglaze with the tomato puree, tomato paste, ketchup and press in the garlic clove. Add a dash of maple syrup and season to taste with salt and cook until sticky - this will take about 12-15 min.

Unpack your ready to bake rolls, dip them into water first and then into the sesame seeds and back them according to the packaging - about 10-12 min.

Cut them in halves and toast them in butter. Place the sloppy joes mixture onto the buns, top with cheese and place them into an hot oven to melt the cheese. Finally place some picked on top and enjoy!
