If you have time to bake a cake, make some buttercream/frosting and the space to do this in, I would highly recommend doing a blindfold cake challenge - the most fun thing I've done in ages!

The snowman cake was simple enough to keep it nice and quick but the blindfold still made it one helluva challenge!
