I couldn't bake a whole lot this Christmas because I feel like time has been slipping by, but I did want to share the recipe for this delicious Irish cream. If you have ever had Bailey's Irish Cream, you will love this drink! It tastes best on the rocks. I will soon be sharing a recipe for some delicious brownies using this Irish cream. Cheers!

*400 g sweetened condensed milk
*200 ml fresh cream
*2 tbsp chocolate syrup
*2 tsp instant coffee powder
*2-3 drops of vanilla essence/extract
