1 cup Poha
1/4 cup Peanuts
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
Few curry Leaves
1&1/2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/4 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
Coriander Leaves (Dhania): 1/3 cup
2 green chillis (hari mirch)
1 onion
1 Potato
1 cup Green Peas
1 Tomato
1/2 Lemon
1 tbsp Sugar
1/3 tsp red chilli powder
Besan Bhujia to sprinkle

1/2 छोटा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर (हल्दी)

धनिया पत्तियां (धनिए): 1/3 कप
2 हरी मिर्च (हरि मिर्च)
1 प्याज
1 आलू
1 कप हरी मटर
1 टमाटर
1/2 नींबू
1 बड़ा चम्मच चीनी
1/3 छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर
