Ingredients:
1/2 chicken breast (or chicken thigh), cut into slivers
1 egg (or 2)
2 stalks green onion
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
1 small carrot, sliced
2 cups of cooked rice

For the sauce:
1/4 tsp Dashi
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp mirin
