PUDING KARAMEL TANPA TELUR UNTUK BEGINNER | TANPA KUKUS TANPA OVEN
Resepi:
Karamel :
- 1/2 cawan gula ( 100g)
- 1/4 cawan air panas (50ml)
Puding :
- 1/3 cawan gula ( 65g)
- 1 sudu makan tepung kastard
- 800ml susu full cream/low fat/susu cair
- 1 sudu teh ( 3 g) serbuk agar-agar jernih (jgn membukit)
- 1/2 sudu teh esen vanilla
* guna serbuk agar-agar jernih yang sepeket beratnya 10 g dan ditulis di arahan utk setiap 10g perlukan 1 litre air/cecair.

Caramel :

- 1/4 cup hot water (50ml)
Pudding :
- 1/3 cup sugar ( 65g)
- 1 tbsp custard flour
- 800ml full cream/;low fgat/evaporated milk
- 1 tsp ( 3 g) agar-agar powder (transparent/no colour)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
* type of agar agar powder : use the one with net weight of 10g per pack with the water:agar powder ratio is written as 10g powder : 1 litre of water.
But do not follow the written ratio given as we do not want the pudding to be as hard as agar.
