EASY SHRIMP And BROCCOLI With Garlic Chili Sauce
This shrimp and broccoli stir fry is made with few simple Asian sauce that you already have in your pantry. Plump juicy shrimp with savory and delicious garlic chili sauce. It’s super quick and easy to make. Serve with steamed rice or noodle. You can use other vegetables like zucchini, bell peppers or cauliflower instead of broccoli.

Recipe serves 3-4

Ingredients:

1 Lb shrimp 453 G-cleaned and deveined
1 Head of broccoli-cut into small pieces

For the Sauce:
1-2 Tbsp oil
3 Cloves garlic-chopped
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp water
2 Tsp sambal Oelek garlic chili sauce
1/2 Tsp sugar
1/2 Tsp corn starch

Cook the shrimp until it turns pink and remove from heat. Over cooking will make it dry.
