FRIED FISH NUGGETS
Fried Fried Recipe:

BATTER
2 Cups Flour
2 Can Beer
1 Tbls Seasoning Salt

FISH MARINATE
Fish
Seasoning Salt


How to: VERY SIMPLE! 2 Cups flour into a bowl. Mix in your 2 favorite beer, Wisk until it become smooth. Season your fish with any seasoning you prefer. Its crucial to do so, if not. Your fish wont taste like much. After you season. Light coat of flour then into the beer batter and fry until golden crispy or 2-3 minutes.


Cooking oil setting: Heat up Canola oil for 20 minutes on a medium- high heat. Stick in a chopstick or a wooden spoon in and if you see bubbles forming around the wooden spoon/ chopstick. The oil is ready
