Kek Coklat :
- 100g tepung gandum / tepung superfine
- 25g serbuk koko
- 3 biji telur
- 120g gula kastor
- 1 sudu teh ovalet
- 80ml minyak masak
- 40ml susu pekat manis
Mousse/whipping cream :
- 300 ml whipping cream (dairy)
- 3 sudu makan gula aising
- 1/2 sudu teh esen vanilla
- 1 - 2 sudu makan serbuk koko
Coklat Ganache :
- 200G dark coklat compound/coins
- 150ml susu pekat manis
- 15g mentega
- 8 sudu makan susu cair/segar

- 80ml cooking oil
- 40ml sweetened condensed milk

- 3 tbsp icing sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 - 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Chocolate Ganache :

- 150ml sweetened condensed milk
- 15g butter
- 8 tbsp fresh /evaporated milk
