BEEF CHOW FUN
1 Package Flat Rice Noodles
-------------------------------
5 oz inside round steak (Any pieces would do)
Marinate the steak into
-1 Tbls Soy Sauce
-1 Tsp Chinese Cooking Wine
2 Tbls Cornstarch
5 Tbls Water
--------------------------------
2 Tbls Oyster Sauce
1 Tbls Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tbls Light Soy Sauce
2 Cups Bean Sprouts
3 Gai Lan Vegetable
2 Sprig onion
2 Sprig Garlic Chives
