How to make Plum Pie
There's nothing better than the smell of the fresh Plum Pie baking in the oven. This mixed lemon and plum pie has a perfectly balanced sweet and sour flavour and it is really easy to make.

Ingredients for the dough:
Butter 250 grams
Flour 500 grams
Baking powder 1 tsp.
Sugar 2 tbsp.
1 Egg
Buttermilk 100 ml.
A pinch of salt

Ingredients for the filling:
Plum 8
Lemon
Cornstarch 4 tbsp.
Icing sugar 120 grams
Cinnamon 2 tsp.
Vanilla sugar 2 tsp.
