BEST EVER Blondies! - The Scran Line
These funfetti blondies are moist, chewy and an all-round deliciously easy treat to make! There’s nothing basic about these blondies. Packed with home-made sprinkles, mini oreos and chocolate chips, what a treat!

Blondies
450g - 3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
230g – 1 cup unsalted butter
200g - 1 cup brown sugar
105g - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
200g - 1 cup milk chocolate chips
100g - 1 cup sprinkles (I used home-made ones)
150g – 3/4 cup white chocolate, melted
12 mini Oreos

Instructions:
Blondies
Preheat your oven to 175°C / 350°F. Spray an 8x8-inch square baking tin oil spray and line the bottom and side with baking paper allowing some to hang over the edges.

Add the flour, salt and baking powder to a large mixing bowl. Use a whisk to mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl add the butter and sugars. Use an electric hand mixer to mix in high speed for 5 minutes until it becomes pale and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing into the mixture well after each addition. Add the dry ingredients and fold in until well combined. Lastly, add the sprinkles and chocolate chips and fold until well combined.

Add the mixture into the prepared tin and use a spatula or spoon to smoothen out. Top with mini-Oreos, some more sprinkles and bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely before taking out of the tin. Drizzle with melted white chocolate, sprinkle with more sprinkles. Slice up and serve!

Storage
Blondies can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
