Ingredients:-
300gm mince
½ cup(100 gm) bengal gram
4 dry red chillies
½ tsp salt
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
100 ml water
¼ tsp garam masala
1 grated onion
fresh coriander leaves
½ tsp chat masala

for stuffing:
1 small chopped onion
1 chopped cucumber
50gm grated paneer(optional)
2 chopped tomatoes
handful of fresh coriander leaves
½ tsp chat masala
2 tsp salt
½ lemon's juice

eggs + bread crumbs
¼ cup oil
