CARAMELIZED SPARE RIBS
Delicious caramelized ribs with sweet savory glaze. The spare ribs are slowly braised until fall of the bone tender. Serve with steamed rice. You can use pork belly or pork shoulder for this recipe.

2 Lbs spare ribs-cut into small pieces
2 Cloves garlic-chopped
2 Inches ginger-thin sliced
1/2 Onion-chopped
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon-optional
1 Tsp black pepper
2 1/2-3 cups coconut water or water
