Ingredients:-

600gm Boneless chicken
2 fist fresh coriander
1 grated & squeezed onion
4 green chillies
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Chat masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
2 pinches turmeric
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp salt
½ lemon's juice
2 tbsp ghee
oil for frying
melted butter and onion for garnishing

for chutney:

8 green chillies
8-10 garlic cloves
small piece of ginger
1 onion
50gm fresh coriander leaves
½ tsp salt
50 ml water
1 lemon's juice
