Here you have a super easy vegetarian dish for any day of the year!! Enjoy
Ingredients:
14 oz Tofu (397 g) (drained and pressed)
1 Green Bell Pepper (julienned)
1 Re Bell Pepper (julienned )
4 Green onions (in 2 inch Pieces)
2 minced Garlic Cloves
1 Tbsp Minced Ginger
10 Arbol Chillies
Salt to taste
4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Peanut Oil
2 tspn Cornstarch
+Toasted Sesame Seeds (to taste)
