INGREDIENTS:

300g all purpose flour
¼tsp carrom seeds
¼tsp salt
¼ cup oil/ghee
500g mince
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp Kashmiri red Chilli powder
2 pinches turmeric powder
1tsp ginger paste
1tsp garlic paste
2 tbsp cooking oil
1-2 tbsp water
Some coriander leaves
¼ tsp garam masala
1 lemon's juice
2 tsp oil
1-2 sliced onions
2 pinch salt
2 tbsp Flour + Water
Oil for frying
