SANDWICH AYAM CARIK MENU SAHUR PALING SIMPLE
Hi , Assalamualaikum semua. Selamat menyambut Ramadhan Mubarak 2021. Hari ini saya nak share resepi sahur iaitu Sandwich Ayam Carik yang sangat CEPAT, SENANG dan MENGENYANGKAN sesuai untuk yang berpuasa.
Untuk resepi kali ini, bahan utama yang saya gunakan ialah Mayonis Lady’s Choice 470ml. Saya pilih Mayonis Lady’s Choice kerana ia sangat sedap, dan diperbuat daripada minyak kacang soya yang mengandungi asid lemak penting. Ia juga diperbuat daripada 100% telur asli yang kaya dengan Omega 3 (ALA) yang mana kita tahu sangat bagus untuk kesihatan.

- 300g dada ayam (direbus dengan garam dan daun bay)
- 3 ke 4 sudu makan Mayonis Lady’s Choice
- ½ biji bawang besar (dipotong dadu)
- ⅓ batang timun (dipotong dadu)
- ½ biji tomato (dipotong dadu)
- Hirisan daun ketumbar
- Jus limau nipis
- Sedikit garam
- Sedikit lada hitam
- Beberapa keping roti

Hi , assalamualaikum to all! Happy Ramadhan Mubarak 2021. Today I’m going to share with you a simple Sahur recipe called the Pulled Chicken Sandwich. This recipe is EASY, QUICK and ENERGY-BOOSTING, perfect for fasting.
For this recipe, I will be using Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise 470ml which I love as it is so tasty and it is made from soybean oil which is rich and has unsaturated fatty acids. Besides being made from 100% real eggs, this Mayonnaise also contains Omega 3 (ALA). Omega 3 is said to be
known for overall health benefits and growth developments, which can act as a healthier option in your culinary complements.

Recipe:
- 300g chicken breast (boiled with salt and bay leaves)
- 3 to 4 tbsp Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise
- ½ Bombay onion ( cut into cubes)
- ⅓ Cucumber ( cut into cubes)
- ½ Tomato ( cut into cubes))
- Chopped Coriander
- Lime juice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- A few slices of bread
