How to make Chocolate Chip Cake Muffin : Muffin Recipe
In this video I'm going to show you how to make chocolate chip cake muffin. The muffin recipe is very easy to make and it's very delicious. If you like muffins, I believe you may like my muffin recipe today.
Ingredients (For 6 pieces)
1 egg at room temperature
100 g cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
60 g unsalted butter at room temperature
2 tablespoons milk at room temperature
70 g granulated sugar
A pinch of salt
100 g chocolate chips
Instructions
1.Crack the egg into a bowl. Use a fork to beat the yolk and the white until combine.
2.Place the cake flour in a bowl, add baking powder, stir the flour and baking powder together and set aside.
3.Place the butter in a mixing bowl. Use a whisk to Use a whisk to beat the butter until smooth for about 3 minutes.
4.Add the sugar little by little. With the other hand, use a whisk to stir the mixture until Until the sugar is gone.

6.Add a pinch of salt and stir for 30 seconds.
7.Add 1/2 of the flour mixture. Use a rubber spatula to mix the ingredients.
8.Add 1 tablespoon of milk, stir.
9.Add the remaining flour mixture, stir.
10.Add 1 tablespoon of milk, stir.
11. Add chocolate chips, stir.
12. Spoon the batter into muffin liners.
13. Bake the muffins for 20 minutes at 180°C.
14.Let the muffins cool for about 5 minutes and Enjoy!
