How to make Apple Crumble Muffins : Muffin Recipe
In this video I'm going to show you how to make apple muffins. This muffins recipe is very easy to make, very soft, very sweet, very delicious. if you're looking for quick and easy muffin recipe. I believe you may like my muffin recipe today.
Ingredients (for 7 pieces)
For the crumble
50 g all purpose flour
30 g brown sugar
30 g unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
(Mix all ingredients well and set aside in the refrigerator.)
For the muffins
200 g apples, peel and dice
baking powder 1 tsp
100 g cake flour
60 g unsalted butter at room temperature
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg at room temperature
60 ml milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
70 g granulated sugar
Instructions
Before making muffins, the oven must be preheated to 180°C.
1.In a mixing bowl, Use a whisk to beat the butter until creamy for 2 minutes.
2.Add the granulated sugar little by little until the sugar is gone.
3.Add the egg and beat the mixture for 30 seconds.
4.Stir in salt and vanilla extract.
5.Mix cake flour and baking powder.
6.Stir in half of the flour mixture to the butter mixture.
7.Stir in 30 ml milk.
8.Stir in the remaining half of the flour mixture.
9.Stir in 30 ml milk
10.Spoon the batter, diced apples and crumble mixture into muffin liners.
11.Reduce the heat to 160°C and bake the muffins for 23 minutes.
12.Let the muffins cool for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
