Resepi :

- 8 ekor udang (asingkan kepala dari badan)
- 2 ekor sotong
- 1/2 sudu teh garam
- 3 ulas bawang putih
- 1 biji bawang holland
- 1 inci lengkuas
- 3 batang serai
- 1 akar ketumbar
- 4 biji cili api thai (banyakkan cili hijau)
- 8 helai daun limau
- 1 biji tomato
- 1 - 2 sudu makan pes cili thai
- 3 - 4 sudu makan sos ikan
- 2 sudu makan santan/susu cair
- jus dari 3 biji limau nipis
- sedikit daun ketumbar

Recipe:
- 8 shrimp (separate the head from the body)
- 2 squids
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 dutch onion
- 1 inch galangal
- 3 lemongrass stalks
- 1 coriander root
- 4 Thai bird eye chillies (lots of green chillies)
- 8 kaffir lime leaves
- 1 tomato
- 1 - 2 tablespoons Thai chili paste
- 3 - 4 tablespoons of fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons coconut milk/evaporated milk
- juice of 3 limes
- a little coriander leaves
