Mega Chocolate Muffins : Muffin Recipe
In this video, I'm going to show you how to make mega chocolate muffins. The chocolate muffins recipe is very easy to make and it's very tasty. If you like chocolate and you like muffins I believe you may like my muffins recipe today.
Ingredients (For 9 pieces)
1300 g cake flour
33 g cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
100 g granulated sugar
60 g unsalted butter at room temperature
1 egg at room temperature
100 ml milk at room temperature
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
60 g chocolate chips
30 g icing sugar for sprinkle the muffins
Instructions
1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2.In a mixing bowl, combine together the cake four, cocoa powder and baking powder.
3.Sift dry ingredients together 1 time and set aside.
4.In another mixing bowl, Beat in the butter until smooth for about 20 seconds at medium speed.
5.Beat in the granulated sugar little by little until the sugar is gone.
Using a medium speed.
6.Beat in the egg for about 30 seconds on high speed.
7.Beat in the salt and vanilla extract for about 10 seconds at low speed.
8.Beat in Half of the flour mixture, milk and the remaining half of the flour mixture.
9.Stir in the chocolate chips.
10.Spoon the batter into muffin liners.
11.Bake the muffins for about 5 minutes at 200°C. Reduce the heat to 180°C.
Bake the muffins for another 15 minutes at 180°C.
12.Let the muffins cool for 5 minutes and sprinkle with icing sugar. Enjoy.
