Super Soft and Moist Easy Chocolate Cake : Cake Recipe
In this video, I will show you how to make super soft and moist easy chocolate cake. The chocolate cake recipe is very very easy to make. I believe that people who have never made a cake before can also follow the video, and your cake will comes out soft and delicious for sure. Hope you will like the easy cake recipe today.
Ingredients
For the cake
1 cup cake flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp + 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs at room temperature
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup buttermilk at room temperature
1/2 cup hot water
For the frosting
6 tbsp butter
1 cup + 1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1.For the cake, in a mixing bowl, combine together the cake flour, cocoa powder, banking powder and salt.
2.Sift the dry ingredients 1 time.
3.Add in the sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, buttermilk
4.Beat the ingredients for 1 minute at low speed.
5.Add in the water.
7.Beat all ingredients for another 1 minute at low speed.
8.Pour the batter into the cake pan (7 inch x 7 inch).
9.Transfer the batter into the preheated oven. Bake for 30 minutes on 165°C.
10.Let the cake cool for 5 minutes.
11.For the frosting, in a pot, melt the butter on low heat.
12.Stir in the unsweetened cocoa powder.
13.Take the pot off the stove, and stir in the powdered Sugar, vanilla extract and milk.
14.Pour the frosting over the cake.
15.Wait for about 10 minutes and enjoy.
