Siang hari dah kenyang makan hidangan raya, jom nikmati pencuci mulut yang boleh dijadikan penyejuk tekak anda. Bersama Chef Azreen kali ini, menggunakan marjerin daripada ADELA untuk menyediakan Manggo Cheese ini. Jom cuba!
MANGO CHEESE ADELA
Ingredients:
180g Biscuit cracker - finely blended
80g ADELA Margarine - melted
500g Cream cheese
80g Castor sugar
250ml Whipping cream
100g Mango filling
50g ADELA Margarine
10g Gelatin + 60ml Hot/Warm water
Mango - diced for decoration
Method:
1. Melt ADELA Margarine on low heat. Mix with biscuit crackers. Set aside.
2. Mix gelatin with hot water for later use.
3. Whisk together cream cheese, castor sugar and whipping cream.
4. Pour in mango filling, gelatin and ADELA Margarine into mixture. Whisk until smooth.
5. Pour mixture into piping bag and arrange accordingly.
Arrangements:
First layer: Biscuit
Second layer: Cream cheese mixture
Third layer: Diced cut mango
Forth layer: Mango filling
Repeat arrangement until desired layers.
