Yogurt Chocolate Muffins : Muffin Recipe
In this video, I'm going to show you how to make yogurt chocolate muffins. This muffin recipe is super easy to make, and the muffins turn out to be really delicious as well. If you're looking for dessert recipes I recommend you to make the muffin recipe, maybe you will like it.
Ingredients
1 egg at room temperature
150 g cake flour
12 g cocoa powder
64 g melted unsalted butter
60 g sliced almond
110 g granulated sugar
130 g yogurt at room temperature
100 g vegetable oil
6 g baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1.In a mixing bowl, combine together the cake flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
2.Sift dry ingredients together 1 time and set aside.
3.In another mixing bowl, beat in together the egg, sugar, vanilla extract, yogurt, vegetable oil and melted butter.
4.Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
5.Using a rubber spatula to mix all ingredients for about 30 seconds.
6.Using a whisk for another 30 seconds to smooth the mixture.
7.Spoon the batter into muffin liners.
8.Top with the sliced almond.
9.Bake the muffins for 20 minutes in the preheated oven on 180°C.
10.Let the muffins cool for about 5 minutes. Enjoy!

Ingredients
