for mince:
1 tbsp oil
200g mince
½ tsp ginger paste
½ tsp garlic paste
½ tsp salt
½ tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 pinches turmeric powder
1 chopped onion
1 fresh chilli
¼ tsp garam masala
some fresh coriander
½ lemon's juice
For Dough:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup wheat flour
water as needed
for stuffing:
pudina chutney
some sliced onion
some chopped cucumber and tomatoes
some mayonnaise
some fresh coriander
