Resepi untuk kali ini, jom buat kelainan sikit. Selalu buat kari ayam/daging kan? Jom bersama Chef Saf buat Kari Itik dan ditambah manisan daripada buah Lychee. Nampak pelik, tapi sangat sedap! Jom cuba.

KARI ITIK LYCHEE

Ingredients:
300g Duck breast
Salt and pepper to taste
4 tbsp ADELA Gold
400ml Coconut milk
1⁄2 cup Red curry paste
2 tbsp Fish sauce
1 tbsp Palm sugar
1⁄2 can Lychee fruit - strained
1⁄2 cup Thai basil
1 Chilli - sliced
1 sprig Kaffir lime leaves
1 Shallot - cut in rounds

Method:
1. Prepare the sauce by sautéing shallot in 2 tbsp ADELA Gold.
2. Add curry paste, coconut milk, Thai basil, kaffr lime leaves and sliced chilli. Cook until slightly reduced.
3. Add seasoning, lychee and set aside.
4. Cook the duck breast on medium heat for 8 minutes, skin side down until the fat renders. Switch to high heat for 2 minutes or until skin is crispy.
5. Flip it once and cooked at medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Set aside and let it cool.
6. Plate the dish with sliced duck breast and pour the coconut gravy on top.
